Opportunities We're Building Toward

As Conversation Peace Wellness continues to grow, we're excited to connect with individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. While some of these positions may not be available immediately, we're always interested in building relationships with people who share our mission and values.

Licensed Therapists

We're looking for compassionate clinicians who are committed to providing high-quality, relationship-centered care. Whether your passion is working with children, teens, adults, couples, or families, we value therapists who are lifelong learners and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team. Currently we are also actively seeking Registered Play Therapist, EMDR trained clinicians, and those with a passion in learning about women’s health.

Master's Level Students

We believe in investing in the next generation of mental health professionals. If you're completing a master's program in counseling, social work, or psychology and are looking for internship or field placement opportunities or part time careers while you are in school, we'd love to connect and explore how we can support your professional growth.

Clinical Marketing Director

We will be seeking someone who understands both mental health and community connection. This role will focus on building relationships with referral partners, developing outreach initiatives, coordinating marketing efforts, and helping Conversation Peace Wellness continue to grow while staying true to our mission and values. It would be good for this individual to have basic skills, a good understanding or willingness to learn quickly in digital marketing, an understanding of therapy modalities, and skills in technology programs including content creation, creativeness, social skills, and website design.

Administration & Intake Coordinator

We will be hiring soon….Our administrative team plays an essential role in creating a welcoming experience for every client. This position will help coordinate scheduling, answer client questions, manage communication, support therapists, and ensure each client feels cared for from their very first interaction with our practice.

Future Opportunities

As we continue to expand, additional opportunities may include leadership positions, group facilitators, yoga instructor, nutritionist, workshop and retreat coordinators, and other roles that support our mission of providing compassionate, whole-person care.
