Trauma Therapy Can Help You:

Learn Your Triggers

Heal Your Past Wounds

Live with more Ease

Healing shouldn’t feel like something you have to carry alone.

Trauma can leave lasting effects long after the experience has passed. Sometimes it shows up through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, hyper vigilance, or feeling triggered by situations that seem difficult to explain. You may feel frustrated with yourself for not being able to “move on,” while your mind and body continue holding onto the pain in ways that impact everyday life and relationships.

Together we work in helping you understand your trauma history, how to be in tune with your reactions and take control of your life again.

Are you struggling with...

  • Feeling like you have no control over your emotions?

  • Feeling triggered a lot of the time and exhausted from it?

  • Never-ending fights with your partner or family?

  • Feeling stuck in the past, unable to forgive or move forward?

  • Flashbacks and intrusive thoughts of a past traumatic event?

  • Trusting others and being able to form close relationships?

Trauma Therapy can help individuals heal by reclaiming a sense of safety and resilience.

When traditional therapy doesn’t feel like enough, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidenced-based treatment, can help you process painful emotions and start moving forward.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. And this is done quickly, most often within one session! Once the negative images have been replaced by positive ones, the triggers will be gone.

Why work with Conversation Peace Wellness

Taking the first step toward support is significant, and you deserve a response that reflects that. We strive to provide timely access to care, with appointments generally available within two weeks. Our approach is designed to support accessibility, offering flexible options and thoughtful solutions to help reduce barriers so you can focus on what matters most—your well-being.

Flexibility

My practice brings a range of skills and approaches, allowing us to tailor therapy to what truly fits you. Above all, I am here as a compassionate guide—committed to walking alongside you with care, understanding, and clinical expertise.

Care

We prioritize your well-being by making therapy work with your life. With flexible scheduling and appointments beyond traditional office hours, we aim to make care accessible in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

Expertise

I listen to your story

Then I offer a range of diverse therapy modalities, including ACT, DBT, EFT, CBT, solution-focused, narrative therapy, ART, and trauma-informed CBT to address anxiety from multiple angles.

I prioritize fostering trust by creating a safe environment to explore your challenges and aspirations, establishing the ground work for a supportive therapeutic relationship. Therapy will seem like a two way conversation of exploring the struggles and then offering ways to challenge these struggles to learn new ways of adapting.

We identify your needs

You dictate the pace as we get to the root of your trauma, how your body is reacting today, and identifying any potential barriers. Our goal is for you to be able to recognize when these moments of your trauma history affect your life, why, and how to reduce the affects it could have.

Together, we help you process and heal

We develop a customized plan aligned with your needs, equipping you with strategies to process, heal, and overcome the obstacles holding you back from fulfillment and potential in managing your anxiety effectively.
