Trauma Therapy Can Help You:
Learn Your Triggers
Heal Your Past Wounds
Live with more Ease
Healing shouldn’t feel like something you have to carry alone.
Trauma can leave lasting effects long after the experience has passed. Sometimes it shows up through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, hyper vigilance, or feeling triggered by situations that seem difficult to explain. You may feel frustrated with yourself for not being able to “move on,” while your mind and body continue holding onto the pain in ways that impact everyday life and relationships.
Together we work in helping you understand your trauma history, how to be in tune with your reactions and take control of your life again.
Are you struggling with...
Feeling like you have no control over your emotions?
Feeling triggered a lot of the time and exhausted from it?
Never-ending fights with your partner or family?
Feeling stuck in the past, unable to forgive or move forward?
Flashbacks and intrusive thoughts of a past traumatic event?
Trusting others and being able to form close relationships?
Trauma Therapy can help individuals heal by reclaiming a sense of safety and resilience.
When traditional therapy doesn’t feel like enough, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidenced-based treatment, can help you process painful emotions and start moving forward.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. And this is done quickly, most often within one session! Once the negative images have been replaced by positive ones, the triggers will be gone.
