Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the missed appointment fee of $125.
Good Faith Estimate
For those not intending on using insurance for in network or out of network services, you have the right to receive a good faith estimate explaining how much your medical and Mental Health Care will cost under the law. Health Care Providers not accepting insurance are expected to provide an estimate of the expected charges for medical and psychotherapy services. Please reach out to your provider directly if would like to receive an GFE upon scheduling an appointment.
